Thinking about my personal teaching philosophy finds me difficult because there are many different components that attribute to its construction which I have to consider. Such as this is what will be to focus on, my own choice, what methods, and strategies and need to be reflective on why I chose to teach and more importantly, why I will continue to stay.
Taking such considerations, my philosophy must be a philosophy of learning because for me education is not about teaching but about learning. As such, it is my responsibility to be an effective teacher, this means that it is my job to monitor the learning's of the students and adjust my teaching strategies in response to the level of the students understanding and to nurture the whole individual. But, to be successful, students must do their part and responsibilities to whatever undertakings they may have in the classroom being a student. Another is that, it is my responsibility to get to know the weaknesses and strengths of the students so that I may be able to apply and do some range with my instructional strategies for them to cope with the subject matter at hand. I have to maintain things as they are as planned in my classroom management. Such rules would also be applied in such a way that they will be responsible and discipline their own manners. In my classroom, students will experience proactive learning processes. As a teacher, it is my goal to enhance student learning as a personal growth experience. I will strive to create interactions which foster interest and understanding of every student in the classroom. Hopefully, I will be able to build a personal trust and mentorship with the students. To make them believe in themselves, and to lead them to what a good education can provide.
